Shipment Policy:
Shipment methods are EMS,UPS,DHL or Fedex.You can choose the best shipping way for you.
Shipping fees are calculated according to either the actual kg weight of the goods or the goods' dimensions, plus the delivery location.
The prices depend on the different rates of the shipping companies and are subject to change without notice.
All orders must be fully paid in advance, including shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable.
For more than 1pcs order,it would be cheaper for total shipping cost.
Please contact us for final shipping cost after you decide the order quantity.
Shipping date is usually within 2-4 business days(from Monday to Friday) after payment is received.
General,it will take 5-8 days for arriving.
Receiving Your Delivery:
It is essential for you to provide us a full and accurate shipping address, and a valid delivery phone number.
Couriers require a signature from the recipient for delivery, and this is a secure way to have your products delivered.
Please check the package carefully before your signature.
If you believe your package misses some items, or includes incorrect items, or has been damaged or tampered with in any way, it is a necessary to communicate this clearly to the delivery person from the courier company at the time of delivery.
Once you accept delivery and sign for it,it is much more difficult to pursue a claim later.
Return Policy:
All returned products must be unused in their original unopened packaging with all included accessories intact.
D.O.A (dead on arrival) products is ok for EXCHANGE only if we are notified with detailed problems(with pictures of broken devices) within 48 hours after receiving item.
All exchenged items must be unused in original package complete with box,manuals and accessories.
Water damaged or physically damaged items will NOT be accepted back under any circumstances.
Customer is responsible for confirming the compatibility of our items with their equipment or service provider.Please check before purchasing.
Customers would bear all shipping, insurance, and handling charges (where applicable) when returning the items to us for exchange.
We shall not be responsible for losses and breakage during the return shipping process. It is highly recommended that you use a traceable method to ship the product.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
For all returns, you must email us to describe the reason for returns and obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before sending the items back.
